Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to the journey I’ve had in this field and the incredible people I’ve had the privilege to work with, from Justin Bieber and Mariah Carey to helping manage and promote the brand of Captain Brian Irving. I’ve truly enjoyed supporting their growth, developing strategies to maximize their exposure, and helping them achieve meaningful success.

At the heart of it, my success comes from my passion for the work — I genuinely love what I do. I focus on turning my clients’ visions into tangible digital strategies while nurturing and developing talent along the way. This combination of creativity, strategy, and people development has been central to everything I’ve accomplished.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is that you can have the career of your dreams if you keep going and never look back. I also embrace the saying, “If you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life.” I learned this early in my career when I made the decision to move away from cosmetology and pursue work that truly fueled my passion.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is simple: you can do it. Believe in yourself, embrace opportunities with confidence, and never underestimate the value of your passion and determination.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges I face right now is balancing multiple priorities — working for a company, running my own business, and making time for family and friends. At the same time, there are tremendous opportunities in leveraging digital platforms and repurposing content to increase visibility and drive growth. For example, by repurposing content for Captain Barrington Irving, we were able to make it go viral and significantly expand his audience. I see this kind of strategic digital storytelling as one of the most powerful opportunities in my field today.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are passion, balance, and purpose. I strive to build a career I love — one where it never feels like work — while also making time for family, riding horses, and enjoying life’s moments. I’m guided by faith, committed to making a positive impact in my community, and dedicated to helping others develop their aspirations by providing practical guidance and support to reach their goals.
