Her Story
About Rebekah
Rebekah Eldridge is a strategic business operations executive with more than 17 years of experience building and scaling high-performing teams across SaaS, customer success, and organizational leadership. Her career began at Microsoft as a gaming support specialist before expanding to Apple and eventually into a series of progressively senior roles at leading technology companies including BambooHR, PageUp, FleetUp, and JobNimbus. Across each of these organizations, she distinguished herself as a builder — someone who could enter complex, fast-moving environments and bring order, structure, and measurable growth. Today, she serves as Vice President of Administrative Services at NXTLVL Solutions, where she architects AI-driven service models, leads partner programs, and develops the operational frameworks that position the company for sustainable, long-term success.
What sets Rebekah apart is her ability to blend analytical rigor with genuine human-centered leadership. Among her most defining professional achievements is a comprehensive time study she spearheaded at BambooHR, where her collaboration with product and operations teams resulted in a 27% increase in HR implementation capacity and a 68% increase in payroll capacity — collectively generating approximately $1.5 million in operational savings. That same data-driven mindset has followed her throughout her career, driving significant improvements in customer retention, onboarding efficiency, and cross-functional alignment wherever she has led. Equally important to her is the human side of leadership — developing teams, cultivating cultures of accountability and empathy, and ensuring that technology serves people rather than supplanting them. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems and Decision Making from West Texas A&M University and has earned an extensive portfolio of certifications spanning AI, CRM strategy, product analytics, and executive leadership.
Beyond her executive career, Rebekah is an entrepreneur and lifelong learner who owns and operates Dough Vinci, a home-based sourdough bakery she hopes to one day grow into a brick-and-mortar establishment. A mother of five, she is a passionate advocate for women in leadership, firmly believing that professional ambition and a fulfilling family life are not in conflict — they are complementary. She encourages the next generation of women to pursue opportunity with confidence, build intentional support systems, and never underestimate the power of curiosity and adaptability as career assets. Selected as a featured Influential Woman representing Oklahoma for 2026, Rebekah continues to inspire through her work, her example, and her unwavering commitment to helping both people and organizations reach their fullest potential.
Her Interview
Ten minutes with Rebekah
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to a commitment to continuous learning and a willingness to embrace new challenges. Throughout my career, I have leaned heavily on curiosity, adaptability, and servant leadership — always leading with empathy while relying on data-driven decision-making to solve complex problems. Building and empowering strong teams has been central to everything I have accomplished, and I would be remiss not to acknowledge the support of my family at home, which has grounded me through every professional season.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My greatest piece of advice is this: you do not have to choose between your ambitions and your family. I am proof that both are possible. Rather than waiting for the "right time" to pursue opportunities, I encourage young women to design intentional systems and support structures that allow them to grow professionally while still being present for the people they love. Pursue leadership roles without hesitation, invest in continuous learning, and above all, believe in your own abilities. We are stronger when we lift one another up.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the most pressing challenges I see today is the rapid, often indiscriminate adoption of artificial intelligence across organizations — frequently without a thoughtful, human-first strategy behind it. Businesses are at risk of oversaturating their operations with AI in ways that erode the very relationships and trust that drive long-term success. At the same time, I see enormous opportunity for leaders who are willing to implement AI intentionally and ethically — using it to drive operational efficiency and informed decision-making, while keeping people at the center. Organizations that get this balance right, and that invest in private or responsibly hosted AI models, will be the ones that truly differentiate themselves.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
At the core of everything I do are integrity, empathy, and a relentless drive to keep learning. I value adaptability over comfort and systems over excuses — I believe in building the structures that allow both people and processes to thrive. Data-informed decision-making is non-negotiable for me professionally, but it always works hand in hand with leading with humanity. Personally, I am deeply committed to my family and to authenticity in all that I do. I want the work I produce and the teams I lead to reflect a genuine belief that technology and innovation should serve people — never replace them.
