Rebekah J. Fero, CFP®, AIF®
For more than three decades, Rebekah J. Fero has dedicated her career to helping individuals and families navigate some of life’s most emotional and financially complex transitions with clarity, confidence, and compassion. As the founder of Fero Financial in Port Charlotte, she specializes in guiding widows, retirees, and families through moments that often feel overwhelming — from the loss of a spouse and retirement planning to inheritance decisions and estate coordination. A CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and Accredited Investment Fiduciary®, Rebekah believes financial planning is about far more than numbers; it is about helping people feel grounded, informed, and supported when life changes unexpectedly.
Rebekah’s philosophy, known as the “Intentional Ark,” centers on building a strong financial structure before life’s storms arrive. Her work focuses on simplifying complex financial lives, coordinating investments, taxes, insurance, and estate planning, and helping clients make thoughtful, tax-aware decisions that align with their long-term goals and values. Known for her calm presence and education-first approach, she takes pride in treating clients like family — offering personalized guidance, explaining financial concepts in plain English, and creating an environment where people feel heard rather than rushed. Over the years, she has become a trusted resource for families seeking not just financial advice, but a steady hand during uncertain seasons.
Outside the office, Rebekah’s life is deeply rooted in family, faith, and community. She enjoys deep-sea fishing in Florida, skiing in Colorado, and traveling with her husband Jeff and their family in their motorhome. Together, they have raised two children, including their son Jeffrey, who now works alongside her at the firm, continuing the family-centered legacy of service at Fero Financial. Whether she is helping a widow regain confidence after loss, supporting a family through retirement, or mentoring others in the financial profession, Rebekah approaches every relationship with empathy, integrity, and the belief that true financial planning is ultimately about helping people move forward with peace of mind.
