Reese Baldwin

I've been working in marketing since January 2024, specializing in social media marketing with a focus on operations and communication. I joined a company that had only been established in 2022, so I've had the unique opportunity to grow with them and help grow the company from an early stage. What drew me to marketing was the ability to use both my creative side and my analytical side. I was really interested in economics and finance, so I'm able to use that when looking at analytics, but I also make sure everything is produced in a way that comes across well to other people. I like that I get to use both of those skills. In my role, I ensure all internal and external communication with our team and clients is taken care of so everyone stays aligned. I manage email marketing campaigns and social media account managers to keep everything running smoothly, review content calendars and campaign direction to ensure everything makes sense with the analytics, and assist with onboarding, strategy calls, meetings, and follow-ups. Looking ahead, I definitely see myself growing within a more focused marketing operations role on a larger scale over the next five years.
