01What do you attribute your success to?

My solid foundation provided by family and many people, which I trust and draw strength from. Hope saves. Legacies are the true value of what you can accomplish. A smile, gesture, or conversation can provide strength to others later.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

To be yourself, authentic, real, humble, with empathy and compassion, and don't change it.

03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Ageism can play a huge role; people may not know backgrounds or that learning continues after college. Need right environment to flourish or risk being bottlenecked. Isolation can occur, sometimes being on the island by yourself.

04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Kindness, appreciation, valuing people for their self-worth. Everyone is important. We are all valuable to one another and connected.
