Her Story
About Regenia
Regenia White began her current professional journey in 2020 when she was invited as a new author to speak on the radio and ended up taking over the show. She now hosts the Embrace Life broadcast, where she discusses topics such as relationship building, self-love, and self-care in conversational formats that allow guests to share experiences to help others. She founded M'Brace Magazine after an accidental erasure led to the name, creating a space for people to tell their stories and inspire others. As CEO, she works on the magazine, creates commercials for her radio broadcast and podcast, and motivates others throughout the day. White holds an associate's degree that she earned in 2005. Her background includes serving as a production assistant at Channel 12 news station in New Bern, North Carolina, eight years in the military, self-publishing her own books before helping others publish, and extensive teaching experience. She was a Head Start teacher, often working with behavioral children and those with special needs, owned a daycare, drove school buses, and served as a teacher assistant. She describes herself as a teacher at heart and also works as a life coach, assisting people in starting thriving businesses. In addition, she participates in church ministry work.
