Her Interview
Ten minutes with Regina
01What do you attribute your success to?
To my family, to my children, because I'm raising women, three kids. I want them to see that, you know, women can be somebody tomorrow, and I want them to know with kids, without kids, you can make it.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Never give up, only do good. Never do bad. Always treat people like it's your family.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would tell them to never give up. No matter what the problem is, the situation is, you know, go have the better saying, oh, we work hard to get what you want and where you want to go in life. Never give up. Even those are NFC hard, Always think that tomorrow would be brighter than Today. And always, me being an immigrant, coming from a different country, I never let the way I speak, the way I pronounce things, stop me from achieving my goal.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I respect people, and every opinion matters. Always ask questions if you don't know. Never ally, you know everything, because every day is a learning experience. You learn every day in your life. And always the sky is the limit. Always make sure you think bigger than what is. Achieving work hard to get what you want.
