About Regina
Regina HavardBillups is a high school graduate and licensed real estate professional based in Pahrump, Nevada. Since June 2025, she has operated Raven's Grace, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping mothers heal from the loss of a child through community, dance, and movement. She also maintains an active presence in pageantry as a contestant for Miss Black Nevada while balancing her real estate business. Regina attributes her success to putting God first in every step and draws motivation from the positive impact she sees on others. Her core values center on the momentum of resilience, and she advises young women entering her field to take their time, release their tears, pick their chin up, and keep going.

01What do you attribute your success to?
Spiritually, I put God first in any step that I take here, you know, I can't give it all to myself, but what makes me the keep going, to see everyone's faces with the impact and what I am doing. You know, it's only been 7 months passed, and I have accomplished so many things.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
To love on my side fell first.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Take your time. Drop your tears for your release. Pick your chin up, and keep going.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenge in my field is, creating the content. Always having something to Post, to give. It's the content. The more I put out, the more people come and bring me opportunities. I'm walking into Las Vegas Swim Week. That fell into my lap there, and I'm super excited for that opportunity.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
