Regina “Gina” Johnston is the President and Founder of Simpli5 Wellness, a Texas-based company dedicated to designing and implementing innovative corporate wellness strategies. With over two decades of experience in fitness, health, and corporate wellness, Gina has built a reputation for creating programs that blend physical fitness, mental well-being, and tenant engagement into everyday business operations. Her extensive credentials—including NASM-CPT and NASM-PES—equip her to craft evidence-based, results-driven wellness initiatives that foster healthier workplaces and communities.

Gina’s professional journey began with a background in nursing before she transitioned into personal training and corporate wellness. She later partnered with commercial real estate developers to bring proactive health programs to multi-tenant buildings—an effort that expanded access to wellness services for small and mid-sized businesses. Her leadership philosophy centers on collaboration, self-awareness, and the understanding that a successful business owner recognizes their strengths and hires experts to fill in the gaps.

Beyond her corporate achievements, Gina is deeply passionate about community impact and self-care advocacy. She leads an annual Backpack School Supply Drive supporting Hope’s Door New Beginning, a shelter for women and children in Plano, Texas. Through her work and outreach, she continues to champion preventive health, consistency, and compassion—empowering others to prioritize wellness not just as a goal, but as a way of life.
