Her Interview
Ten minutes with Regina
01What do you attribute your success to?
I contribute my success to several mentors that have just been instrumental in my life. Colonel Retired Cornelius Easter who's been like a servant leader in ensuring that my leadership role is guided by God's design for taking care of people. Colonel Retired Vanice Smiley with her faith and wisdom with all things medicine and army. Definitely my mom, her thing was never tell yourself no but if you failed at something let it be because somebody else said you failed not because you decided to fail by giving up. And then to my children they've been with me behind me as a motivator.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
