Reham Kort

Reham X serves as Regional Manager of compliance for the Illinois and Indiana hospital systems at Loyola Medicine. She began her healthcare career in 2019 after graduating from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a degree in health information management. Reham started at Loyola Medicine in the Health Information Management department, initially scanning records before advancing to emergency department charging. She then transitioned into a 340B program compliance specialist role, followed by a compliance specialist position handling privacy matters and investigations. In her current role, Reham oversees fair market value physician compensation, conflicts of interest, hotline incidents, policy reviews, and payer compliance across multiple facilities. She is pursuing a compliance certification and volunteers with nearby mosques on Ramadan initiatives and summer programs.
