I attribute my success to a combination of hard work, persistence, and a genuine passion for what I do. Growing up, I never imagined I would build a career in cyber insurance. I started at the junior level in claims and gradually worked my way up to a management role, overseeing a team and handling complex claims. I truly love my field—it’s both rewarding and dynamic. Helping people navigate challenging situations is incredibly fulfilling, and the fast-paced nature of cyber claims keeps me engaged and constantly learning.

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to take it day by day. Focusing on each step as it comes allows me to stay present, manage challenges effectively, and make steady progress toward my long-term goals.

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to believe in themselves—anything is possible if you put your mind to it. Stay confident, be persistent, and don’t be afraid to take on challenges. Your determination and focus can open doors you never imagined.

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are family, curiosity, and personal growth. I am dedicated to my husband and our two boys, and I also make time to pursue my passions, including reading and collecting perfumes. Balancing these aspects of life keeps me grounded and motivated.
