Rekha Devarapalli

Rekha Devarapalli serves as AI Portfolio Director at Camping World. In this role, she drives AI transformation across the enterprise by building playbooks, assembling teams, and establishing execution processes that translate vision into scalable results. Her background includes more than 15 years in the M&A space, during which she joined Camping World four and a half years ago and developed the M&A playbook and integration management office, completing about 36 integrations in three years. Rekha holds an engineering degree in electronics and communication as well as an MBA in finance, and she earned her CFA charter as a chartered financial analyst. She attributes her success to being open to challenges, saying yes to opportunities, and an innate curiosity to learn and grow. Outside her professional work, she is the author of the book "Traveling Within", and is an endurance hiker.
