Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to a combination of personal support and professional guidance. My family has always been a steadfast source of encouragement, and I have been fortunate to have leaders who invested time in coaching and mentoring me throughout my career. I also value the trust that my managers have placed in me, as well as the strong culture of daily coaching and development that I experienced at Lennox, which has shaped the way I lead and grow professionally.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering the industry is to stay curious and never stop asking questions. Challenge the mindset of “this is how it’s always been done,” and look for opportunities to contribute in meaningful ways. Be helpful to your peers, take initiative, and always honor your commitments—these qualities not only build your skills but also earn respect and open doors for growth.
