01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering my industry is to never give up, even when you make mistakes or encounter things you do not yet know. Embrace constructive criticism as an opportunity to grow, and believe in your potential, even when you may not see it in yourself yet. I was fortunate to have a CEO who recognized potential in me that I had not recognized in myself, and I encourage others to remain open to those who see and support their strengths.

02What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me are compassion, service, perseverance, and community. I am passionate about helping people overcome challenges by connecting them with employment, education, housing, legal assistance, and other essential resources. Giving back through community outreach, volunteering, and coaching basketball has strengthened my commitment to supporting others. I also value mentorship and personal growth, inspired by my mother , Michelle Butler and my god mother Etta Murphy who has encouraged and challenged me to become better both personally and professionally.
