01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Never give up on your dreams. Always dress up well because the way we dress says a lot about the person. Be a very well-spoken person. Always put yourself up to the challenge and take the risk. The worst thing is regretting not taking the challenge.
02What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Challenge for women to be leaders despite being nurturing and capable. Women sometimes pulled from leadership positions for small reasons while others who didn't apply get the role instead.
