My advice to young women entering this industry is that knowledge is power, but applied knowledge is even more powerful. Seek to not only learn and understand, but also put that knowledge into action—take initiative, make decisions, and leverage what you know to create real impact.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenges I see in my field right now include a limited number of projects and the perception that age can be a barrier. At the same time, there’s a significant opportunity to pivot or bounce into different areas of the industry, leveraging experience and expertise to explore new roles and make a meaningful impact.
