Renee Heltsley, MBA, SHRM SCP, CCP is an accomplished Human Resources leader with extensive experience in chemical manufacturing, e-commerce, and retail environments. Currently serving as Plant HR Manager at Kraton Corporation in Marietta, Ohio, Renee brings a wealth of knowledge in employee relations, talent acquisition, and organizational development. Her expertise in change management, lean methodologies, and project leadership has driven measurable results across multiple industries. Known for her ability to communicate effectively from the shop floor to the C-suite, she excels in building cohesive teams and aligning HR strategy with business objectives.
Throughout her career, Renee has demonstrated a strong aptitude for navigating complex, matrixed organizations and leading large-scale workforce initiatives. At Lowe’s Companies she spearheaded the launch of the company’s first e-commerce direct fulfillment center, overseeing the recruitment and onboarding of nearly 900 employees. Her strategic guidance at Thermo Fisher Scientific and Delhaize America further strengthened her reputation as a trusted advisor and people-focused leader who thrives in fast-paced, transformative environments.
Beyond her professional achievements, Renee is passionate about continuous learning and personal growth. She enjoys hiking, following the Cincinnati Reds and Liverpool FC, reading non-fiction, and writing. Guided by her favorite D.H. What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my resilience, adaptability, and commitment to being a lifelong learner. Staying connected with my community through organizations such as the ASPCA and remaining active in both body and mind have been central to my growth. I find balance and inspiration in hiking, exploring antiques, reading, and enjoying comedy. Above all, I make it a priority to “remember my why,” which keeps me grounded, motivated, and passionate about the work I do.
