Her Interview
Ten minutes with Renee
01What do you attribute your success to?
I have sticktoitivness. I don't give up. I am a natural born leader and giver of God's love. I walk the walk and thalk the talk. I can be stuborn but am logical and can be persuaded with direct evidence..
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
It was from my father in law, Harold Owers. He said,' Renee go with your instincts, remember you have been though this before."
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Get an education, delay getting married, and when you do love will not be enough.and if you do plan to have childeren, God bless you. Because they are the most wonderful and most difficult people I've ever met. And I love them more than anything, so make sure your husband is part of the plan from the begining. Please never use a child to get married. We deserve more than that.. We are children of God first but having himas your only Father can be exausting sometimes. But atlease you know your alway loved.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Lawyers. Our sociely has become too latigious. Go to Italy and look at all the banged up Mazaratiis. Torts do not exist in Italy. We would be much better off without them. People would be more accountable with a few consequences.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Honesty and Integrity, patience and respect. But above all the ability to hear. Listening is one thing hearing is an entirely different verb.
