Renee Northcutt

Renee Zagorski serves as Senior Success Manager at GFiber, where she has worked for nine years in the telecommunications sector. She manages a large portfolio of more than 100 properties, primarily large apartment complexes across the Kansas City metro area, acting as the primary contact for internal building support, infrastructure rebuilds, repairs, and project operations. Zagorski began her professional journey after earning a degree in textiles and working in the textile industry in Kansas City, producing jerseys and sportswear for local teams. She transitioned to the tech field through a connection at GFiber, starting with BDS Marketing on the Google Fiber project in customer service before advancing to senior retail agent and retail management roles. After a brief hiatus, she joined the official GFiber team as a success manager, where she has remained for the past three years. In addition to her core responsibilities, she has developed internal processes to improve client experiences and quality assurance. Zagorski is also actively involved in community outreach, including volunteering with Giving the Basics to provide personal care items to those in need, and she supports low-income housing residents through events like Easter egg hunts and back-to-school programs.
