Renee Wiggins

I am a clinical supervisor, addiction counselor, and nonprofit founder dedicated to empowering at-risk youth and individuals in recovery. At Pyramid Healthcare, Inc., I supervise clinical teams, provide substance-use counseling, and support behavior-change programs that help clients rebuild healthy, stable lives.

As Founder & CEO of Youth & Teen Renovations, I lead a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides mentorship, education, and life-skills training to youth across the Lehigh Valley. Our mission is to give young people the tools, confidence, and support they need to overcome barriers and reach their full potential.

My career has included roles in youth program leadership, healthcare coordination, and patient support with organizations such as Lehigh Valley Children's Center, Boys & Girls Club of Allentown Foundation, and Planned Parenthood Federation of America, where I worked in HIV prevention counseling and community outreach.

I’m passionate about trauma-informed care, mentorship, and building strong community networks that create real, lasting change. Whether supervising clinicians or mentoring teens, my goal is always the same: help people heal, grow, and thrive.
