Ten minutes with Renetchie

01What do you attribute your success to?

I am a strong believer that everything happens for a reason and you have the capacity to do anything you want in life. The sky is the limit and all possibilities are within your reach as long as you invest your time, hard work, and faith. I have faith in God and believe that being optimistic in all things, even in difficult situations, along with hard work and never quitting, has made me who I am today. Every good thing has a reward.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

My supervisor tells me to invest in people and take care of relationships. I always invest in people and make sure I am modeling the right attitude and values for them. Relationship matters most.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

The most powerful advice is that you can do all things as long as you believe in yourself. The sky is the limit. Everything is possible as long as you invest your time, hard work, and excellence in everything you do.

04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Hard work, humility, and excellence are most important. When you do hard work, go the extra mile and practice humility with excellence. Do the work silently, model it, and with the right intentions you will always succeed.
