Reni Snider

I work for an insurance agency that specializes in specialty programs for professional employer organizations. I handle very large accounts, mostly workers' compensation and several other lines, but primarily work comp for very large national footprint type firms. I do a lot of predictive analytics and data management, working closely with actuaries and performing functions more as a consultant on program structure and risk management. My favorite day is a day spent inside a massive Excel spreadsheet. I've been with this firm for over 11 years as their Senior Account Executive and most senior servicing staff member. I'm fully licensed in the insurance world, carrying both a 215 (health insurance) and a 220 (commercial). I also assist with research and consulting for the NCCI on legislative aspects, helping with background research for regulation and definitions. While my role requires some travel, it's convenient because I live in Orlando, Florida, and a lot of our clients are here since Florida is one of the largest states to adopt the PEO model.
