Her Interview

Ten minutes with Reyna

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to an unwavering determination to overcome any obstacles and a deep passion for what I do. I have always committed myself fully to achieving my goals, no matter the challenges along the way.

I am proud to have been the first military spouse to be formally recognized and supported, a milestone that reflects both my dedication and the broader importance of advocating for military families.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is that legacy isn’t just about what we leave behind—it’s about how we choose to live and lead in the present. This perspective reminds me to approach every opportunity and challenge with intention, integrity, and purpose.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is simple: be seen, be heard, and know that your voice matters. Stay curious and eager to learn, embrace every opportunity to grow, and never stop investing in your education—both formally and through real-world experience.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest opportunities in my field right now is the ability to connect with as many military spouses and families as possible, ensuring they have the information and resources they need to navigate their unique journeys. Reaching and supporting this community effectively is both a challenge and a rewarding responsibility.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that guide me in both my work and personal life are integrity, honesty, and leadership. Above all, I am driven by a desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of as many people as possible.
