Her Story
About Rhea
I have more than 5 years of composite experience, now in my 6th year of my professional journey. My main areas of expertise are learning experience design, instructional design, and digital adoption. A typical day for me looks like logging into work, getting some huddles done, checking everything, checking on all the trackers and getting everything up to speed. If there is a new intake request, I start scoping for it, discovering it, creating it, and then maybe going live with it, with the post-care. So it's end-to-end project management and development of digital adoption solutions. I have more than 18 plus professional certifications including PMP, and I'm in the top 100 digital adoption professionals in my field, certified by WalkMe in 2024. I'm currently in the nominations for the WalkMe Realizer Award, which is presented to people who are doing notable work in the field of digital adoption. I'm also building my startup in stealth mode on the side, though I haven't declared that outright yet.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I would attribute my success to myself, first and foremost, because if it were not me and the kind of hard work and dedication and discipline that I bring on the table, it wouldn't have been possible for me. I would place second my parents and my family and friends who supported me, my colleagues, old and new, who shaped me into the professional that I am. And all the past and present and future organizations that I've collaborated and worked with.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I received was from my father, when he said that do not chase money, but chase perfectionism and capabilities in your career, and always upgrade yourself in terms of your skill and knowledge, because that is something that will make the money follow. To be the best in your field, and everything falls into place.
