Her Interview
Ten minutes with Rhianna
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to hard work and determination. I want to get somewhere, and I will make sure that I get there.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I've received is to just do the absolute best you can. It doesn't matter what other people think or what other people want, it's just doing what you are capable of doing.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenge is that a lot of things are moving towards AI, so there's not a lot of traditional trust and safety roles. The opportunity is to learn how AI works and how it can strengthen your abilities, especially in AI safety with recent news about Peace and the Frontier - there are so many opportunities related to AI that they don't know what to do with.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Passion and compassion are the biggest values, especially since trust and safety involves interacting with a lot of different people from different types of life.
