Her Interview
Ten minutes with Rhianna
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to persistence, a genuine passion for the work I do, and the guidance I received from my mother, who served as an important mentor throughout my life. I have also learned the importance of being adaptable and willing to change course when something is not working. That flexibility has allowed me to grow both personally and professionally.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I have received is to be myself and choose work that genuinely makes me happy. If I find that I am no longer fulfilled, it is important to take the time to understand why and make the necessary changes. Personal satisfaction and authenticity are essential to building a meaningful and sustainable career.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the greatest opportunities in my field has emerged from the shift toward virtual and outdoor training following the pandemic. These changes have made it possible to reach a broader range of clients, including seasonal residents and individuals who live outside the local area. At the same time, a significant challenge is the instability of corporate wellness programs. As organizations restructure and adjust priorities, contracting opportunities that were once reliable can sometimes be reduced or eliminated.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that are most important to me are happiness, personal fulfillment, independence, and accountability. I value the freedom and responsibility that come with being my own boss, and I believe in holding myself accountable while also helping my clients stay committed to their goals. Creating a fulfilling life and career while supporting others in achieving their own success is central to everything I do.
