What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to discipline, resilience, and a commitment to learning lessons I first learned as a collegiate golfer and have carried throughout nearly two decades in the golf industry. By pairing expertise with empathy, I’ve been able to lead teams, develop talent, and create meaningful experiences for both golfers and colleagues.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to embrace knowledge as power—learn everything you can about the game and the business, and surround yourself with a supportive community.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges—and opportunities—in my field is navigating a male-dominated industry where visibility isn’t guaranteed and competition is fierce. Success requires consistency, credibility, and the courage to show up, proving that expertise and leadership aren’t defined by gender.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me are balance, growth, and giving back—staying grounded through activities like yoga and running, while using my platform in golf to support access, education, and inclusion for others. I strive to keep learning, lift those around me, and push the game forward with intention and purpose.
