If there's one thing I've learned over the past 35+ years in sales, it's that people don't buy from a title or a company—they buy from someone they trust.

My career has taken me through different industries, products, and technologies, but one thing has never changed: I enjoy getting to know people, understanding what they're trying to accomplish, and helping them find the right solution. Those conversations and relationships have always been the most rewarding part of what I do.

Today, with Connex Intl., I have the opportunity to help organizations deliver some of their most important communications—from investor events and executive webcasts to mission-critical virtual meetings. These are the moments where every detail matters, and I take pride in helping clients feel confident knowing they have an experienced dedicated team supporting them every step of the way.

I'm still driven by the same values that started my career: work hard, be honest, follow through, and always put the customer first. Technology will continue to evolve, but trust, relationships, and delivering on your promises never go out of style.
