Rhonda Augustus

Rhonda Augustus has built a career as a senior executive assistant spanning more than three decades since beginning in 1994. After selecting office professional work during high school vocational training instead of hospital roles, she advanced to support VPs, directors, and CEOs while becoming an advocate who now trains other admin professionals. She co-founded the B-Network, or Black Executive Admin Network, in March 2025, growing it to over 350 members in the private community and 1,400 in the LinkedIn group, where participants engage in learning sessions and discussions such as Spill the Tea, Sip the Wine. Her education includes studies at the HBCU Southern A&M University as a computer science major, followed by business management at the University of Phoenix. She earned certification as a strategic assistant through the nine-week Executive Assistant Mastery Course led by psychologist Joshua Washington. Rhonda is also a member of IAAP and ASAP, and she contributes to women's ministry by helping women build mindset, self-value, and self-worth.
