Rhonda Grayson

I am an education and operations leader with over two decades of experience in higher education, people management, and marketing, currently serving as an Agile People Leader at the University of Phoenix, a role I have held since July 2022, where I lead teams and drive people-centered initiatives in a hybrid environment. Prior to this role, I served as an Education Advisor at the University of Phoenix for over fourteen years, where I supported students in navigating their educational journeys and achieving their academic goals.

Earlier in my career, I worked as an Operations and Marketing Manager as an independent contractor for over a year, and as Senior Field Manager at GMR Marketing for over three years, where I developed my expertise in field operations, marketing, and team management.

I hold a Master's degree in Information Systems and a Master of Science in Accountancy from the University of Phoenix.

Across my career in higher education, operations, and marketing, my work has been driven by a commitment to supporting individuals and teams in reaching their full potential, whether through education, operational excellence, or people leadership. I bring a collaborative approach, strong organizational skills, and a dedication to creating environments where people can thrive and succeed.
