Her Interview
Ten minutes with Rhonda
01What do you attribute your success to?
I definitely attribute it to me being a believer in Christ. I'm a daughter of the king. My daddy is a pastor and he taught us since we were kids to know who you are. You are a daughter of the King. Knowing who you are and more so because of whose I am is what directs my interaction with life, decisions and purpose. To God be the glory.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Be true to yourself. Be unapologetically you. Own it, celebrate it, appreciate it, whatever your culture or ethnicity.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Embrace their beauty, be healed from the pains of life, and live out their God-given purpose with passion. Live life on fire. Don't sit on the sidelines of life, but get in the lane of life and live it on fire.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Knowing who you are and having your identity firmly rooted in truth and love. Our footsteps are ordered of the Lord and we want to make sure that our footsteps are in alignment with what God has for us.
