Rhonda Nolen

In my role with Smart Time Agency, business development is a major part of my job. I focus on securing business from Fortune 500 companies, because those are our clients. We produce events here in Las Vegas as well as all over the country, doing work for clients in California, Florida, New York, Washington D.C., and Cannes, France. My job is to continue to build relationships with different brands and different companies so that they would use our services when it's time for them to roll out big projects. It's twofold - if they're rolling out big projects, they may need our marketing services for that, and if they're having large events, they may need our production arm for that, so it just depends on what the scope of work is. In the marketing and sales division, one of the things we do very well is help roll out and launch new products and help bring them to life, making those products household names. Whether the product is a consumer packaged good, a spirits product, an AI product, or anything else, we help market and promote that product to make sure consumers know about it and actually go out and spend money on them. I'm proud of my whole body of work because we take sales and marketing strategies and use them towards different products, and we see those products grow and flourish. That's what really makes us happy.
