What do you attribute your success to?
A willingness to continuously learn, embrace challenges, and view every experience as an opportunity for growth has shaped my professional approach. Recognizing that I am not always the most knowledgeable person in the room has allowed me to learn from mistakes and develop with intention.

The food industry has encountered significant challenges in recent years, particularly in the area of food safety. Today, organizations must navigate increasingly stringent compliance standards, a tightening labor market, and evolving regulatory requirements—all while maintaining consumer confidence in the brands we support.
