Her academic experiences included research involving ankle stability among student athletes and a master's capstone project exploring music therapy for geriatric patients in a nursing-home setting. These experiences strengthened her ability to analyze data, remain organized, adapt to complex research environments, and maintain a strong focus on patient and participant needs. In addition to her clinical research career, she is a Certified Pilates Instructor, where she applies her knowledge of movement, anatomy, strength, mobility, and wellness to help clients improve functional movement and overall health.
Jackson is committed to continuous learning, collaboration, and professional growth. She credits her parents and broader support network for encouraging her to pursue diverse experiences and aim high, while also recognizing the importance of mentors and colleagues in her development as a project manager. She values confidence, dependability, respect, honesty, and authenticity and encourages the next generation of women in healthcare to bring their unique experiences and perspectives into professional environments. As clinical research continues to evolve, she views adaptability not only as a necessity but also as an opportunity to expand her knowledge, strengthen her leadership capabilities, and contribute meaningfully to the future of healthcare.
