I've been working in my field for 25 years, focusing on senior management, leadership, and people management, with expertise in building high-performance teams, AI strategy, business strategy, and pharmaceutical industry leadership. I began my career in automation, developing SCADA software for the power industry to automate power generation, transmission, and distribution, working with C++ and Fortran back in 2001. Currently, I'm with GSK, where I've been for 4 months in a role that spans R&D and business. Some of my most relevant accomplishments include delivering decentralized trials during COVID, which were mission-critical for business continuity, and implementing several AI-related initiatives to improve the power of technical and regulatory success and enhance the clinical trial process overall at various stages, making the patient journey easier and the whole process more efficient through the use of AI in every space.
