Riddhi Ravikiran Bhandari

I currently work with a school for an afternoon program, and I run the operations and the daily functions of the program. My role has a lot to do with strategy and coordinating with teachers, organizing the daily materials, and organizing the whole educational plan for the year and for the month. It's a lot of strategic operations, and I love it because it scratches that one part in my brain. I've been in this field for about 5 years, and I think it's fair to say I've dipped my feet in a variety of industries before finding my calling. I've worked in marketing and cybersecurity, and education. One of my most notable professional achievements was generating over $200,000 in revenue for a marketing company that I was working for, for a year. I loved sales and it was my thing for a while. I received a promotion within 6 months at that marketing company, and I also received Employee of the Month while working part-time at Zoomies for sales. The number one thing that has helped shape my journey is definitely hands-on, real-world experience.
