Ten minutes with Riddhi

01What do you attribute your success to?

I would say online courses. There are online courses by all of these big universities, like Harvard has that, MIT has that, and then a bunch of other courses that are available, just in general. Some of them are paid, some of them are free, but I think learning those, going through those learning videos has helped me a lot to understand and open my horizon as to what can we do other than what we are currently doing.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Be curious, be curious as much as you can, try to know more, and don't be afraid to talk to new people, understand what they're doing in their roles, and try to take that all in, because even though in the moment it may feel that it's not as relevant, but I promise that somewhere down the future, you would need that information, and it would be lovely that you would already have it, because you've already talked to that person. So, be as much curious as you can.

03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Technology is one of the biggest challenges. All our competitors are using it and trying to improve their products. An opportunity would be having a summarizer, like an aggregated tool for all the products, because I don't think that exists as of now. A tool where I can directly submit my documents, get the analysis in real time, and chat with someone, then book an appointment if needed. Versus right now it's all a little manual.
