Riddhi Sodagar

Riddhi Sodagar serves as Branch Manager at Columbia Bank in Clifton, New Jersey. She entered the banking industry in 2001 after immigrating to the United States in 1999 and beginning her career at a 7-Eleven before taking an office job and then a part-time teller position at Chase. During her first three years at Chase she advanced to full-time and acting head teller, then joined PNC in 2005 as head teller where she was later promoted to banker on the platform side. Her customer interactions helped sales skills come naturally, leading to a management role she has held since 2017. Riddhi earned a bachelor's degree in finance and accounting in 2007. She remains engaged with the Clifton community through volunteer work with St. Peter's Haven food pantry, Heart of Hannah, and various Columbia Bank events, and she aspires to advance into a regional manager or sales coaching position.
