Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to the strong support system of people who genuinely care about me, the influence of my family, and a deeply rooted belief in the unseen—particularly the practice of visualizing my goals and trusting the process of achieving them.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to stay grounded and trust my intuition when making decisions. I’ve found it especially valuable to reflect on what has always felt natural to me, including the interests and instincts I had in childhood, as a way of staying aligned with my authentic path.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering my industry is to stay persistent, take intentional breaks when needed, and focus on consistency over quick results. Equally important is prioritizing genuine relationships over simply building a large network, as authentic connections tend to create the most meaningful and lasting opportunities.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenges in my field are the saturation of music and the pressure to prioritize social media metrics over the art itself, along with maintaining authenticity and privacy in an increasingly public space. At the same time, there are opportunities in the shift toward more behind-the-scenes, authentic content, and in the importance of defining one’s identity and brand early to stay grounded as momentum builds.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are persistence, knowing when to take intentional breaks, and staying authentic. I believe consistency and resilience are key to long-term growth, but so is allowing space to rest and reset. Above all, I try to remain true to myself and my values in everything I do.
