Riunita Martin, PHR, is the founder of Lead Engage Inspire Academy (LEI Academy), where she provides leadership development, executive coaching, and strategic human resources consulting. With more than 20 years of corporate experience, including a decade dedicated to people strategy, culture transformation, and organizational performance, she has partnered with leaders across five industries. Her professional background encompasses organizational design, workforce planning, change management, and operational excellence. Riunita holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Ashford University and has earned the Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) designation, along with a Psychology of Leadership Certificate from Cornell University. She is also affiliated with the John Maxwell Leadership Team.

Through LEI Academy, Riunita helps emerging leaders, experienced executives, and organizations strengthen leadership capabilities, cultivate high-trust workplace cultures, and navigate organizational change.
