Currently pursuing her Master of Science in Business at The University of Texas at San Antonio, Robbi combines her academic rigor with practical experience to drive measurable results. She has a proven track record in both B2B and B2C environments, growing brand engagement, increasing event participation, and delivering impactful customer experiences. Her strategic approach to content and social media marketing has led to notable increases in engagement across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering my industry is to never give up on your dreams. Stay persistent, believe in your abilities, and pursue your goals with confidence and determination, no matter the obstacles.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is navigating the professional landscape as a trans woman. It’s not just about creating space for trans individuals, the LGBTQ+ community, or women in general—it’s about ensuring that we are actively included in conversations and that our voices are heard. At the same time, this presents an opportunity to drive meaningful change by fostering inclusivity, advocating for representation, and shaping environments where diverse perspectives are valued and respected.
