Robin R. Banks
Robin R. Banks is a distinguished Health/Wellness Coach, Neuroscience-informed Leadership Strategist, and seasoned Real Estate Investor based in Wesley Chapel, Florida. She is passionate about women cultivating a lived experience full of hope, health, happiness and wholeness.
She is the Founder/CEO of NeuroVerity™ Global, LLC, a pioneering practice dedicated to helping high-functioning women leaders heal, grow, and lead from a position of wholeness. Through a unique integration of applied and functional neuroscience, faith-anchored principles, and practical restorative strategies, Robin designs coaching programs and leadership experiences that empower clients to navigate stress and survival mode, restore balance, and optimize cognitive, emotional and leadership capacity. Her work bridges personal transformation and organizational impact, equipping women to lead with clarity, resilience, authority, and sustainable influence.
With a focus on the intricate relationship between the brain, nervous system, and lived experience, Robin develops tailored strategies that combine mindset work, physiological regulation, and actionable tools. Following a debilitating and unexplained illness in 2017, she embarked on a rigorous search for answers and healing—an experience that ultimately led to the development of the frameworks she now uses to guide her clients through similar transformation.
Robin considers all of her work to be Neuro-Integrated™, a term she coined to describe a neuroscience-informed approach that integrates brain function, nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and identity alignment to support sustainable clarity, capacity, and leadership. Her approach emphasizes self-compassion, nervous-system restoration, and holistic integration, helping women overcome burnout, decision fatigue, exhaustion, and overwhelm while cultivating grounded confidence and leadership presence.
Robin’s professional journey is marked by both versatility and resilience. She began her career in real estate more than three decades ago, building a successful business and continuing to invest strategically today. Beyond her coaching and leadership work, she has served on the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Club of Knoxville and actively supports organizations including Fellowship of Christian Athletes, March of Dimes, and Helping Mamas. Across every chapter of her career, Robin’s work reflects a lifelong commitment to restoration, empowerment, and helping women thrive—personally, professionally, and holistically.
Robin is on a mission to impact women on a global scale. Her upcoming venture is the Wholly Movement coming in July 2026. This movement is designed to awaken women from exhaustion, survival mode and the overwhelm of DOING and invite them into the freedom of living, leading and loving from a holistic position of wholeness. What do you attribute your success to?
First, I attribute my success to having faith that everything God called me to do, He equipped me to do; mentally, physically and emotionally. I have a strong belief that God's desire is that we have a lived, human experience full of joy, love and abundance. Life will always have moments of hurt, pain and some disappointments, but those things shall pass and He is with us.
Second, I attribute my success to having a strong mother who not only taught us, her 7 children, to be resilient, but exhibited resilience in her life. She taught us to believe that you can be anything you want to be and watch what happens.
Third, I attribute my success to the love and support of my husband of over 30 years. I have been an entrepreneur since the age of 15 when I begged my parents to let me get a newspaper route. My dad got up every morning before work to drive me around to deliver newspapers at 5:30am. My husband stepped in next to support my entrepreneurial dreams. I know my business ideas didn't always make sense to him, but he has always been my biggest supporter. He has allowed me the space and freedom to chase my dreams. He has always supported my idea of "Success" which has given me a sense of safety to "fail forward". I am grateful of his love, patience and support.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I ever received was from my parents who encouraged me to be whatever I wanted to be. Their only requirement was that I go to college. They encouraged me to follow the career path that felt right for me and they would be proud. When I started in real estate, I had no formal training, just an idea in my head that I wanted to be a "house flipper". My dad would join me on projects as well as my sister, to help me with a project that none of us had the skills to complete. To this day, almost all of my siblings have their own businesses.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would love for every woman to truly understand the beautiful design of her body. Your body is not broken, you are not failing and guilt and shame are wasted emotions. Self-love and compassion are the first steps to healing and well-being. Each bring a sense of safety to the brain and nervous system which are necessary before any growth or expansion can take place. Be aware and conscious without judgement. Offer yourself grace when things don't go as planned. You are a masterpiece. You were created with precision, intention and purpose.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in functional neuroscience coaching is that many people believe that the human body is so complex that the only solution to health and wellness is to see a medical doctor and be prescribed medication. The medical industry is necessary, however, we have to take agency and accountability for our own personal wellbeing and health maintenance. We are responsible for the vessel that God has given each of us.
Another challenge is that sometimes people think neuroscience only deals with the brain and nervous system and not the whole body. Neuroscience actually integrates body, mind and spirit and it is a holistic approach to healing and growth.
Though there is complexity and nuance to neuroscience, there are simple truths about the brain and nervous system, that if we learned and understood, could have a profound and powerful effect on how we experience the world and show up in it.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
My core values, personally and professionally, are: Authenticity, Intentionality and Compassion
I believe that showing up authentically you and being completely comfortable in that space, is our biggest superpower. Authenticity is necessary for our mental, emotional and physical health. Authenticity lowers anxiety, depression and stress. It improves self-esteem and well-being. Being authentic for me is who God called us to be. Showing up as the truest version of myself feels much better than showing up as my insecure, anxious, and fake self......lol!
Intentionality is extremely important to me because it allows me to own and control my destiny. It also allows me to be accountable to each and every choice I make. I am intentional about the life I live, the choices I choice and the decision I make. I remember hearing someone say that there are no "right" decisions - you make a decision and make the decision right. Those are words I lived by when I first started in real estate. Real Estate can be unpredictable, but I also did my research and made a decision. My decisions didn't alway work out as I had planned, but this taught me to have the flexibility to pivot when necessary.
Compassion is my hearts desire for the world we live in. As a neuroscience coach, I understand that how people show up in the world and interact with me has nothing to do with me personally and everything to do with who they believe they are and how they are programmed to see and experience the world. It allows me to offer grace to when needed. It also allow me to experience the world and the people in it from the lens of hope and love.
My core values allow me to do the work that I do without judgement. It allows me to partner with my clients in a way that is calming and restorative to them. I can provide a space where they can feel safe and safety is required before any other work can be done. My core values are foundational in the work that I do and I how I show up in the world.
