And I've been asked, what does it mean to me being an influential woman in today's noisy world? Well, number 1, it means to be being a woman of integrity. Number 2, a woman of kindness, and number 3, a woman who can share their wisdom and experience with others. What's one piece of advice you would give to younger women chasing their dreams?Christina Blais: One piece of advice I would offer to younger women is to slow down. I rush through everything. And I did get to my goal of being a senior manager, a director. But then I did have to slow down because I almost missed motherhood. And I'm glad I took that pause and really decided what I was going to. Go after And I made the right decision. I have 2 beautiful boys, and now I'm back in the race, and I'm loving it as a more mature. An experienced woman who can deal with much more in the workplace.

About Robin

I love my job and the impact I have, not only from the client level and the organizational level, but to the people within those organizations, and how it impacts them and their families. With my team, we consistently look to challenge the status quo in the benefits landscape. We are constantly viewing data for our specific clients, analyzing the data, and figuring out what changes and shifts we can make for cost control mechanisms, and how we can build the best total rewards programs to assist our clients so that they are able to attract and retain top talent within their industries. My most notable professional achievement thus far is building the team that I have here in South Florida, our consultants that are the front line to our clients. With my carrier background and underwriting expertise, I truly feel that that's contributed to them building successful blueprints to benefit plans that meet the goals of our clients and also create a great experience and employee benefits for our clients' employees.
