Robbin Ann Alex, LCDR (R), USN, RN, CNOR (E), is a retired Army/Navy Nurse with over 34 years of experience in nursing, veteran advocacy, and leadership. She currently serves as Board Member and Medical Director at Reformation at the Crossroads, mentors veterans through the Douglas County Veteran Treatment Court, and provides executive nursing support for Tuskegee Airmen, Inc. In recognition of her dedication to veterans, she was named a 2019 Women Veteran Trailblazer: Breaking Barriers by the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Throughout her career, Robbin has gained extensive experience in clinical nursing, operating room leadership, project management, and accreditation oversight. She is known for her independent judgment, strong analytical skills, and deep commitment to service. Her successes are attributed to her hard work, perseverance, passion, and servant’s heart.

Robbin is dedicated to improving the lives of veterans by planning and coordinating events, addressing their healthcare needs, and supporting wounded warriors. She has been honored with multiple awards, including Nebraska Honor Nursing Guard, Federal Nurse of the Year, and a Special Presidential Award from Tuskegee Airmen, Inc., for her outstanding contributions to veteran care.

Outside of her professional work, Robbin enjoys photography, crafting wreaths, reading, and traveling. She continues to make a meaningful impact on the veteran community while honoring her military service and the sacrifices of those who served.
