Rochelle Booker

I started my career over 20 years ago in the environmental consulting industry, where most of our clients were energy clients, so I've got over 20 years of energy-related experience working in the consulting business. Throughout my time in corporate America, I held various roles in marketing and advertising, which eventually transitioned into coaching positions where I coached consultants and senior management on how to interface with clients, position intangible services and solutions, package offerings, and retain clients. After doing that for so long and working with different companies in the energy industry, I decided that if I could do it for corporate America, I could do it on my own. Three years ago, in 2023, I formed my own company, Putting You Back Together Again, LLC. My experience comes from working with both internal and external clients in corporate America, helping with corporate sales and coaching. That experience gave me the platform to launch my own company. My passion has always been helping people and companies build a better future, and now I do that through ministry and transformative coaching. I help people fix what matters most to them, whether that's in their career, relationships, or finances. I'm also the founder and host of the Women to Woman Conference, an annual women's empowerment conference that I launched in April with phenomenal speakers and breakout sessions to inspire and encourage women. I also host a podcast with the same name as my company, Putting You Back Together Again.
