I attribute my success to the unwavering support of my family and the confidence that Crab Du Jour placed in me by giving me the opportunity to grow as a leader. Their belief in my abilities allowed me to build a successful career from humble beginnings, and I remain grateful for the opportunities that helped me reach where I am today.

Never give up. I became a teenage mother and raised my children on my own while building my career in the restaurant industry. Every challenge became an opportunity to grow, and with determination, resilience, and hard work, it is possible to make a meaningful impact both professionally and within your community.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Honesty is the value I hold above all else. I believe that any challenge can be overcome when people communicate honestly and openly. I also strive to maintain a positive attitude every day, regardless of personal circumstances, because positivity and integrity create stronger relationships and better outcomes both at work and in life.
