About Rochelle
Rochelle Miller is a Learning and Development and Enablement leader with more than a decade of experience translating complex systems, technology, and processes into practical learning experiences that drive adoption and performance. Currently serving as Customer Experience Program Manager at InfoPlus Commerce, she focuses on helping customers successfully navigate products and systems through effective education and enablement. Her career began in IT, where she served as a bridge between software developers and end users, eventually expanding her expertise into ERP systems, customer education, technical training, and business change management.
Before joining InfoPlus Commerce, Rochelle spent nearly five years at Woodgrain, where she advanced through roles including IT Training Manager/Business Change Management Analyst and IT Learning and Development Program Manager. She developed training programs for SAP, Concur, and other internal systems; established learning management and content management processes; created Train-the-Trainer standards; and designed eLearning and instructor-led programs. Her accomplishments include producing more than 65 eLearning videos, supporting more than 1,200 reported classes, increasing IT projects with documented training plans by 50%, and launching a company-wide Generative AI webinar in collaboration with the Security Team. Earlier in her career, she served as a Project Manager and Technical Trainer at MORryde, where she supported software development projects, ERP training, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
Rochelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Bethel University and has continued to strengthen her expertise through professional development in leadership, facilitation, and training. Her strengths include learning strategy, program development, technology adoption, stakeholder management, simplifying complex concepts, and connecting learning initiatives to measurable business outcomes. She is passionate about creating sustainable learning ecosystems that help people build confidence and capability while supporting organizational performance, and she brings a people-centered approach to customer education, enablement, and continuous improvement.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to an internal drive for continuous growth. I am motivated by learning, challenging myself, avoiding complacency, and finding meaningful ways to bring value to others. Financial freedom also motivates me because it allows me to provide for myself and adapt to life’s changes.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve received is to remain a people-first person and remember that relationships matter. Building genuine connections, caring about others, and finding ways to contribute to my community have shaped both my personal and professional life. I believe success is not only about career growth but also about using my time and abilities to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I encourage young women entering my industry to find a mentor who is doing the work they aspire to do, because real-world experience provides lessons that technology cannot replace. Expand your network, build relationships beyond your current circle, and maintain a growth mindset by staying curious and committed to continuous learning.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest opportunities in my field is helping people understand and adopt complex technology in practical, meaningful ways. I see strong value in bridging technical knowledge with human understanding through effective training, customer education, communication, and systems adoption. As technology continues to evolve, there is an opportunity to keep learning, support others through change, and create processes that make work more accessible and effective.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me are people, continuous growth, and financial independence. I believe people matter, and I value building meaningful relationships with family, friends, colleagues, and my community. I also value lifelong learning, purposeful work, and helping others turn challenges into opportunities while maintaining the independence and knowledge needed to navigate life’s changes.
