Ronalda Sullivan

I have 34 years of experience with the federal government working as a Project Manager and Program Manager, and I'm currently planning my transition to retirement next year. For the past 5 years, I've been working in the entrepreneurial coaching space, coaching women about dreaming differently. I founded Dream Differently in 2020 and trademarked it in 2022 because my mission and vision is to help as many women as I can embrace what it means to dream differently - my life didn't go according to plan, and I know that that is so many other women's stories. I've had the incredible opportunity to serve as a keynote speaker for Raven's Hope International in Phnom Penh, Cambodia three times, working with young women who may have experienced disenfranchisement from their families and who need extra hope and motivation. I also do public speaking at the Howard County Chamber of Commerce here in Maryland. Additionally, I work with autism nonprofits in the Prince George's Community here in Maryland, which is very personal to me because my son is non-speaking autistic.
