About Ronda
I started off as a teacher then became the school counselor. I had some things in my own personal life that wanted me to help others. I've always said that just because of things that happen to me doesn't mean that I have to take those and internalize that, but I can use that to also help others. So that is kind of why I got my background in education as well as in counseling. My main priority is with therapy sessions but we also do a lot of outreach, going to classrooms and giving presentations on mental health. I work primarily with college students now.

01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice that I have ever received is to truly follow your heart. Because there's a job, but then there's also a passion. And a job you can go through every day, but a passion is one that you will do with a smile each and every time.
